CliC Scientific Steering Committee Member, Larry Hinzman, has been elected as a Vice-President of the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC). CliC has had a long and productive relationship with IASC and with Larry’s new position, we hope this will continue to strengthen our partnership.

Statement from IASC:

At its annual meeting during the Arctic Science Summit Week 2014 in Helsinki on April 8, the IASC Council elected a new President and three Vice-Presidents. The new IASC President is Susan Barr, Norwegian Directorate for Cultural Heritage.
